Include the page address and the date if you can. We will look into it and correct the site wherever we got something wrong.

We don't control the roofers who receive requests through the site and can't settle disputes over their work, prices or contracts. Raise the issue with the roofer first, in writing. If that doesn't resolve it, the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Hotline takes complaints at 800-621-0508. Please let us know as well, so we can decide whether to keep passing requests to that roofer.

Keep copies of contracts, estimates, photos and messages. A paper trail makes any complaint easier to follow up, whoever ends up handling it.
